Yes — access and eligibility depend on local law. We assess the jurisdiction from which you are registering and apply the relevant access conditions. Where local law permits, you can create an account and use all available features.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the payment method details you use — whether that is DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. This is the minimum needed to operate your account securely.

Log into your account, go to Settings → Legal Requests, and submit a Data Export request. We will compile and deliver your data file to your registered email address within five business days of receiving the request.

You can request account closure and data deletion via Settings → Legal Requests. Data required for regulatory compliance or an open dispute will be retained for the legally mandated period before deletion is completed.

We revise our terms when regulatory requirements or platform operations change. Material updates are communicated to your registered email address at least seven days before the new terms take effect, so you have time to review them.

Submit a dispute ticket tagged as a Legal query with your transaction reference number. Our team contacts the relevant payment processor — GoPay or QRIS — and issues a written position within five business days of logging the dispute.
