We require your withdrawal to go to the same DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account you used to deposit. This is a banking compliance rule, not a voctoto rule. If you need to change your verified payment method, contact live chat and we'll walk you through re-verification.

No. The terms forbid duplicate accounts under the same person, phone number, or payment method. We use device fingerprint and payment data to detect multiples. Duplicate accounts are closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

Most withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS clear within one business day of approval. Verification usually takes 2–4 hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to two business days. You'll see status updates in your Transactions log.
