We collect your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and payment identifiers such as your DANA or OVO reference. We also log your device type and IP address for security purposes when you log in.

Your transaction data is shared only with the payment processor you selected — DANA, GoPay, OVO or QRIS — to complete the transfer. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties.

Once your account is closed, we delete most personal data within 30 days. Financial transaction records are retained for 5 years where required by applicable financial regulation, then permanently and irreversibly erased.
